December Newletter

Ownashare has had a very busy autumn with record sales and increased enquiries.
Behind the scenes we have been even busier.
During the later part of the autumn several of our boats have temporarily moved to Fradley.
During the winter these boats will be using Fradleys facilities whilst undergoing both a galley and bathroom refit.
If you are passing Fradley they will be offering all boating services why call in and talk to them about your requirements.
Both private and shared boats will be very welcome.

December Cuttings

How quickly December has arrived.
The very mild autumn has recently altered with the quick icy blast to remind us that it is really winter.
Most of our boats are now moored up for the winter with just a few braving the wind to cruise on quiet waters.
This time of year can be very restful with an escape into the back waters of the canal system to escape the busy run up to Christmas.
If anyone is enjoying Christmas aboard I wish you a very peaceful holiday.

November news

With all of our boats owners signing up for a 6th year of service.
Ownashare would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their continued trust in our service.
We strive to provide the best service we are able to offer with a continuing eye to our costs.
Share sales have continued to be buoyant and i look forward to welcoming even more new owners to our syndicates over this autumn.
It is at this time of year that many of our boats are moving bases for the 2016 season so please do inquire as to the location of the boat you wish to view.

Nov Cuttings

The autumn colour has truly been amazing this year.
Fantastic yellows, pink and red tones have made the scenery worth braving the damp wet weather that has arrived in te last few weeks.
All of our boats are out cruising the waterways and our owners soaking up the English autumn.
This is also the time that the owners meet up for lunch and a chat about their boats.
For me, I love meeting friends of many years and new owners who have newly joined the boating groups at these meetings.
Enjoy the cosy evenings aboard until I chat again in Dec.

Ownashare's Good News

Last week Ownashare started a new improved helpline service.
One of our boats caught the swans neck under a lock gate and it broke off at the bearing.
Our mobile engineers attended the stricken boat and welded the swans neck back on and the owner quoted "smashing lads and did a great job which is permanent"
We would like announce no increase in our fees for 2016.
This week after our first weekend of owners meetings, we would also like to thank Theddingworth, Farndon and Beeston Castle for retaining Ownashare for their 6th year.

October Cuttings

Autumn has officially arrived and it has been such a wonderful September for the company.
Ownashare has welcomed 8 new families to our boat syndicates and it is at this time of year that we have our annual meetings with our syndicates and catch up with established and new friends.
Ownashare pride ourselves on our personal care of the boats and her owners and all of the staff enjoy catching up with all the news of our owners after the meetings.

Busy sales period

With the beginning of the autumn the sun has shone and the leaves have started to change colour.
Ownashare have seen a very busy sales period with 10 shares being sold in the last month!
This is a very good time to purchase as it enables you to attend the boat AGM and meet all of other syndicate members and help to decide on the future of the boat for the next twelve months.
I hope to welcome many other new owners to the few syndicates that still have shares available.
If you plan to buy a share please act quickly to avoid missing your dream boat.

Wonderful Middlewich

The sun shone on Middlewich show it was wonderfully busy event .
Some 200 people attended this years show, eager to snap up some of the many bargain shares on offer.
Our fantastically enthusiastic owners welcomed many prospective purchasers on board their shared boats.
The whole team thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many keen boaters and look forward to meeting many of them again soon, as they choose to buy shares in Ownashare managed boats!
If you are still considering purchasing a share this season, we still have one or two very good value shares for sale.

September Cuttings

How do you follow the lovely story of "the ships cat"
