Following recent misleading and inaccurate statements made in emails and by other means, the members of the Ownashare Cruising Ltd team wish, for the avoidance of doubt and concern, to re-iterate and place on record the following:

1. We are Phil Capp, Dave Taylor, Barbara Payne, Tom Houston, John Dutton, Linda French and Jeff Spencer.

2. Ownashare Cruising Ltd is independent. Shares in the company are held by each of the people named above. There are no other shareholders. There is no majority shareholding.

3. The directors of the company are Phil Capp and Dave Taylor.  John Dutton is non-executive Chair-elect. Barbara Payne is Company Secretary. There will be 2 non-executive directors appointed from and by our clients. There are no other directors.

4. Neither Ownashare Cruising Ltd nor any member of the team has any connection with either Ownerships Ltd (except as creditors) or with directors and officers of Ownerships Ltd.

5. Neither Ownashare Cruising Ltd nor any member of the team has any connection with ABC Leisure Group or BC Boat Management.

6. In the period up to 1 July 2010, communications concerning Ownashare Cruising Ltd were sent by or with the knowledge of directors of Ownerships Ltd, using that company’s mailing list (“database”).

7. In the period since 1 July 2010, communications from Ownashare Cruising Ltd have been sent using our own database. This was constructed from scratch using information held by members of the team. It is not the “Ownerships Database”.

8. Ownashare Cruising Ltd’s database and the details of individuals held on it, have not, nor ever will, be shared or communicated to third party individuals or organizations.
