We have implemented extensive IT support for the management of Bookings. Even if things have changed on your boat, we CAN help.  Here’s how: 

Available NOW:
• A computer generated Booking Chart for 2011. Owners’ names as at June 2010 are in booking priority order as determined by the old Ownerships’ rules.  Available to you at no charge – just ask.

• Management of the process of getting the bookings of guaranteed weeks for 2011. We will distribute the chart to each owner in turn and record their bookings. The completed chart will be delivered to your spokesperson as soon as it is ready. Available at a cost of £120 per boat – contact Jeff

• Have things changed on your boat? We are conscious that things have changed for many boats. Maybe you have fewer owners and plan to continue like that; maybe you want to change the old booking system. Provided you can define the rules by which you want to operate your booking system, we can still help. There will be a one-off charge of £120 per boat to set our system up to manage your own booking system.  To discuss your requirements, contact Jeff. 

Available late 2010: The following will be available to boats which sign up to use our Bookings Management Service:
• Booking Chart on the website. With a username and password you will be able to view your chart on our secure website. See at a glance the boat’s availability for booking that extra week.

• Automatic email confirmation of extra week bookings and cancellations.

• ON-LINE BOOKING
