Ownashare are pleased to announce the opening of a share shop at Fradley Junction DE13 7DN on the Trent and Mersey canal.

On Saturday the 4th of July Annual representative consultation meeting was held at Great Haywood.

This event was very well attended and we thank all of our owners for giving up a sunny Saturday to attend this important event which is a wonderful opportunity for owners to take an active part in shaping the company.
The meeting began with grateful thanks to our chairperson and outgoing owner representative for his unstinting work over the last 2 years (the tenure for this post).
There was also a very warm welcome given to the two candidates who have kindly offered to take on this role over the next 2 years.
After a very informal presentation by each candidate the general feeling of the meeting was of being very impressed with the skills and experience that both of these candidates would bringing to the role.
Voting was discussed and it was decided by the meeting that each shareholder will receive either an email or postal vote with a closing date of the 4th of August to enable those on holiday to respond.
We greatly look forward to announcing the results.

The annual customer satisfaction survey was discussed and it was agreed to run the same format of questions for 2014 this survey is an opportunity for individual owner to feedback to Ownashare and this will lead our planning for the coming year.

As Ownashare grows and moves forward we announced the many changes and improvements we are currently undertaking and we all look forward to the benefits these will make for syndicates, owners and staff alike.

The meeting concluded with a very enjoyable buffet lunch and wonderful feeling of comradery.
