2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey

 

Completed in September, there were almost double the responses of last year which was great  - thank you to all those who took the trouble to complete the survey. In response to the 15 questions as to how customers rate various aspects of our services over the last 12 months, and setting aside the “Doesn’t apply to me” answer, 53.3% gave a good rating and 41.5% very good which is very encouraging. This does of course mean a very small proportion of negative replies and Ownashare will now be looking into these and will respond in paying particular attention to the items highlighted as being most important to customers.
 The top three were: - 

"Fast and efficent response by the management company if you have a problem,"
"Ownashare deliver what they say they will when they say they will,"
"Prompt attention to items on the end of holiday report form."
