We are busy preparing for our first weeks cruising this year.

It was to be a summer cruise !  I think it is more likely to be an April shower cruise in May.

Well, as we all know, the English weather is notoriously fickle and boaters have to accept whatever it offers us.

Our friends are joining us and we all hope to have a wonderful time no matter the wettness of the conditions.

The boat is only just out of it's additional winter works to make her pretty for the season and it will be nice to attend the boat and actually take her out not just see her sitting waiting for our other owners.

The seasons seem to be playing tricks on the wildlife and fauna. I will try and report our sightings and take some photos.

I hope to see many of you at Crick or our own open days at Bromley Wharf during the summer.
